Back in May I mixed business with pleasure and jetted off to England with M and Ro to photograph and celebrate the marriage of two of my favorite people! It quickly became my favorite trip to date as we explored the English countryside and later London. I got to share one of my favorite places with Ro, which meant everything to me. Just being there was a breath of fresh air and I can’t wait to return, hopefully in the not so distant future.

L & D chose to have an intimate marital ceremony at the Old Victorian School in Stroud, Gloucestershire. The Reception followed at The Beacon & Railway Hotel in Haresfield. If you're in the area I recommend you go! It's the sweetest pub with some awesome fish and chips! Photos were taken on top of Haresfield Beacon, which is just above the pub and overlooks the whole city. The view is absolutely breathtaking!

Now a little back story here… Lottie (the beautiful bride) is originally from  the UK and we met during my stay abroad back in 2010. We were flatmates who quickly became soulmates. Truth is I couldn’t imagine my life without this girl. She’s my forever travel buddy, soul sister, confidant, and best friend. She deserves the world and she married the BEST GUY. Words can’t describe how much these two deserve each other. Not going to lie, I had trouble editing these photos because they make me SO HAPPY (if that makes sense haha)! After multiple breaks and lots of tears I made it through! I mean just look at them!

The hardest part about this friendship is saying, “see ya later”. Obviously we know it’s not forever, and it makes reuniting just that much sweeter, but it never gets easier… no matter how many times we’ve done it. If you’re reading I hope you know just how much I love you guys! I can’t thank you enough for the gift of entrusting me to capture the most important day of your lives (so far)! xx
